Artists:
If you reference from my photos, I would appreciate credit for the photo, and for you to let me see the finished work. You do not need to ask for permission to sell prints or the original or anything else. The artwork is your own.

Manipulators:
If you use my photos in your photo manipulaions, you are required to credit me and to give me a link to your work. You may post offline in non-commencial and non-profit settings (Facebook, MySpace, other art sites, personal blogs or a personal web site). If you want to sell prints of your work, you do need to ask me for permission.

Rules of Use
These rules are basic. If you follow them, you are free to use my images on deviantART and other personal galleries. Break them, and we'll have problems. Photography is an art, so please be kind and respect my time in providing this.

-1- Credit me. In the artwork's description, provide a link to both my gallery and the specific image. (If you do not know how to create links, just ask!)

-2- Note me, or leave a comment on the image that you used with a link to your piece. I will fave it! If you plan to use it outside of deviantART on personal galleries or websites, just let me know. I will allow it, I just don't want to stumble on it later and think you stole it.

-3- Be mindful of the content of your image. No R-rated stuff, or anything worse. No explicit sex, violence, drug or substance abuse, hate art, or anything promoting illegal or illicit behavior. Keep it family friendly, please. I don't like to look at the above stuff, and I would like to enjoy what you create with my stuff.

-4- Be creative! Don't just change colors and call it yours. Do something with it. You can use it for journal CSS or web layouts without doing drastic changes, if you wish.

-5- May not be used for profit or for official or professional contests without my permission. If you wish to offer prints, ask me first. I reserve the right to say no, though I will most likely allow it.
